Green Mountain Hotel - Arusha

We enjoyed our stay with spacious Executive Rooms that were spotlessly clean, and the breakfast spread was very nice! The only downside was some noise from nearby activities, but overall a fantastic experience.

I was upgraded to a recently refurbished room with a nice bathroom. The location was good, so close to Arusha with friends, and Green Mountain, in a very very nice area.

We enjoyed a spacious twin suite with a fine view from the 4th floor. The breakfast was great, and the staff in the restaurant were wonderful. It's a great spot for families, with lovely outdoor areas and a pool to relax in 😊

Had a really nice stay here. The hotel was well priced and impeccably clean, newly renovated rooms. The location was particularly good and the services were good. The room was very separate, perfect bed.

Where it excels and where it fails

The team is friendly and the restaurant serves really good breakfast. The rooms are neat, spacious, and impeccably maintained.

Unfortunately, I faced some issues with billing discrepancies that were quite frustrating and affected the overall experience.

Green Mountain provided an really good stay with perfect service. The staff was cute and discreet, and the rooms were clean and spacious, fitted with amenities like a bar fridge and coffee making facilities. The breakfast options were extensive, including delicious eggs cooked to order. The hotel also features excellent conference facilities, perfect for business travelers.

The only downside was minor noise from nearby activities.

this place was a hidden gem, being a safe and quiet oasis amidst the vibrant chaos of arusha with a warm and cute staff, made my stay enjoyable and comfortable.

The shower had barely any water pressure, frustrating. The hotel shows signs of wear, particularly the pool area which looked tired and the water appeared unclean. The floors in some suites were damaged, and outside noise made it hard to relax at times. Dining options were abundant but fell short on quality, causing disappointment after expecting better meals than what was served.

The staff were super friendly, and both the breakfast variety and dinner menu were enjoyable, especially for the whole family-everyone found something they liked. Strong WiFi was a bonus for keeping us connected while traveling.

My kids wished the rooms were quieter at night.

The staff were exceptionally nice and accommodating in case of questions. the restaurant here was pleasant with good food, we both ordered excellent dishes. Greatly enjoyed an exceptionally clean bathroom.

The place was exceptionally clean and we loved the suite; the location was magnificent and beautiful, close to Tanzania, a supermarket, and a nice bar to have a beer.

Rooms are spacious and clean, with daily cleaning service that was unexpected. Breakfast is a highlight, with a vast selection of delicious items and local delicacies that took some time to prepare, yet were well worth the wait.
